According to the law, the cultural heritage organization was entrusted to the Ministry of Culture and Higher Education. In the public session of January 23, 1982, the Islamic Council, the cultural heritage organizations of the country, Iranian tourism and world tourism, separated from the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance and from their merger, “Cultural Heritage and Tourism Organization” with all the powers under the supervision of the President will start its activities. .
