Cultural Heritage and Tourism Organization of the country

According to the law, the cultural heritage organization was entrusted to the Ministry of Culture and Higher Education. In 1372, the Supreme Administrative Council, during the meeting on 1/18/1372, at the suggestion of the Administrative and Employment Affairs Organization of the country and in order to coordinate and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the Cultural Heritage Organization of the country and focus on the management of cultural institutions, the Cultural Heritage Organization of the country from the Ministry of Culture and Education According to paragraph 3 of the aforementioned resolution, all the powers and responsibilities of the Minister and the Ministry of Culture and Higher Education regarding the executive duties of the Cultural Heritage Organization will be transferred to the Minister and the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance. Also, in order to properly implement the statute of the Cultural Heritage Organization approved by the Islamic Council and to study and research the works left by the past in order to introduce the values ​​hidden in them with the power and scientific information through the optimal use of potential and actual facilities, the force human resources, laboratories and equipment, library and other existing research facilities, a cultural heritage organization affiliated to the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, which is referred to as research institute in this statute, was established. In the public session of January 23, 1982, the Islamic Council, the cultural heritage organizations of the country, Iranian tourism and world tourism, separated from the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance and from their merger, “Cultural Heritage and Tourism Organization” with all the powers under the supervision of the President will start its activities. . With the approval of this law, the governing duties of the Iranian Tourism and Tourism Organization were transferred to the Cultural Heritage and Tourism Organization, and its executive duties and management affairs with all facilities, manpower, property and assets, commitments and credits in the form of a government company with the title of Iran Tourism and Tourism Development Company It became affiliated to the Cultural Heritage and Tourism Organization.
